Rob, the owner, was exceptionally communicative and accommodating via text, quickly addressing a minor issue with my friend's bathroom sink. The housekeeping staff maintained a commendable standard of cleanliness, which made for a pleasant environment upon arrival. Rooms come fitted with basic cooking facilities, including a microwave and kettle, allowing guests to prepare simple meals-a nice touch that adds value without the need for a full kitchen. The air conditioning was effective, ensuring comfort during warmer conditions, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable, catering to both leisure and business needs. For anyone looking to enjoy the luxury of cleanliness and convenience without overspending, Heart Motel presents a viable option.
